Pleasure is your birthright
but no one taught you that.
Virtual therapy across Pennsylvania

This is therapy for the seekers, feelers, rule-breakers, and deep thinkers.
because this is who we are
Therapy for the parts of you that were never meant to stay quiet.
We believe in the power of pleasure,
the wisdom of our desires
and the deep knowing that is within us all when we are
given the patience, presence and permission to just look.
Our work is somatic and embodied, honoring the intelligence of the body as much as the mind. It is trauma-informed and liberation-focused, acknowledging not just personal traumas, but also the trauma of socialization itself — the ways we have been cut off from our sexual selves, our meaning-making, and our capacity to fully desire.

3 Pillars of Pleasure
Sexual
What we mean when we say “sexual pleasure”:
-
Reclaiming desire without shame or fear
-
Feeling safe, curious, and connected in your body
-
Exploring sex as self-expression, not performance
-
Honoring your boundaries and your wants
-
Unlearning harmful messages about sexuality
-
Discovering what actually feels good—to you
Relational
What we mean when we say “relational pleasure”:
-
Feeling seen, respected, and safe in connection—with others and yourself
-
Unlearning patterns of people-pleasing, caretaking, or conflict avoidance
-
Cultivating honesty, intimacy, and trust in close relationships—romantic, familial, or chosen
-
Setting and honoring boundaries without guilt
-
Repairing wounds from past dynamics and practicing new ways of relating
-
Learning to listen to your own needs—without abandoning your self to stay connected
Existential
What we mean when we say “existential pleasure”:
-
Living in alignment with your values, not someone else’s expectations
-
Finding meaning in your choices, emotions, and experiences
-
Allowing rest, slowness, and stillness to matter
-
Embracing the beauty and grief of being human—without rushing to fix it
-
Letting desire and purpose guide you, not productivity or perfection
-
Feeling at home in your life, even as you keep evolving
At In Full Bloom Collective, we are here to help you discover and embrace your authentic self and let your pleasure bloom!
In Full Bloom is a growing collective— grounded in sexuality, meaning-making, and emotional liberation.
Soon, this space will expand to include other healers, artists, and practitioners who bring their own unique ways of helping clients feel whole—from somatic and expressive therapies to spiritual and creative modalities.
But for now?
It starts here.
It starts with you.
You are not too much.
You are just ready for more.

More connection.
More clarity.
More sex, intimacy, and authenticity that actually feels good.

You’ve been chasing something for a long time—
attention, love, pleasure, maybe even yourself.
You’ve played it cool.
Been the caregiver, the peacekeeper.
The one who gives too much and asks for too little.
You’ve used sex to feel seen, stayed in situations that drained you,
and called it almost love.
You keep wondering:
Why do I keep doing this?
Why does this feel so familiar… and still so empty?

You want more—
but you don’t even know what more looks like yet.
You just know this is NOT it.

Here’s what I want you to know:
You’re not broken. You’re not behind.
You were simply never taught how to date, relate, or want without shame and in true connection to yourself and you desires.
But that doesn’t mean you can’t learn now.

In Full Bloom Collective is for those who are ready to stop performing—
and start becoming.
Those who are done chasing the fake fairytale.
And are ready to build something real.
Something honest.
Something that starts with YOU.
YOU get to name what you want.
YOU get to choose on purpose.
You get to live a life that turns you on—in every way.

It’s your time to live your life
In Full Bloom.
