Sex Ed Reimagined

Because it’s never too late to get the sex ed you deserved!

This group is designed for adults who never received inclusive, affirming, or pleasure-centered sex education. Whether your past education was fear-based, absent, or shaming, you deserve access to information and tools that help you feel confident, safe, and empowered.

Together we’ll cover topics like anatomy, arousal, consent, boundaries, communication, safer sex, and how to unlearn shame. This is not a clinical or prescriptive space—it’s a liberatory space for learning, sharing, and rewriting your relationship to sexuality on your own terms.

Open to all genders and bodies. Especially supportive for those navigating sexual shame or reclaiming intimacy after harm.

Sacred Sexuality

A therapeutic group for healing, liberation, and celebration

Sacred Sexuality is a virtual therapy group for adults of all genders who want to reclaim their erotic self as a source of meaning, connection, and healing. This space is liberation-focused, queer-affirming, kink-aware, feminist, and trauma-informed.

We’ll explore desire, shame, embodiment, relational patterns, boundaries, and intimacy through somatic work, open dialogue, and guided reflection.

Ideal for those seeking more confidence in dating and relationships, more joy and freedom in their sexuality, or simply a deeper connection to self.

Empowered & Informed

Sex education that speaks to your life—not outdated rules.

Created for emerging adults (ages 18–26), this group offers a modern, inclusive, and shame-free approach to sex education. We’ll focus on what really matters in young adulthood: navigating dating and hookup culture, advocating for your boundaries, understanding your body and desires, and exploring identity and intimacy with clarity and compassion.

You’ll get information you likely didn’t receive in school, and you’ll also build confidence in how to apply it to real-life situations—whether you're exploring, questioning, healing, or growing.

This group is supportive, nonjudgmental, and centered in liberation, care, and community.
