Ways We Can Work Together

Therapy for the Parts of You That Were Never Meant to Stay Quiet

Maybe you’ve been following someone else’s script. Maybe you’re ready to reclaim your voice, your relationships, or your sense of possibility. Whether you're partnered, single, uncertain, or in transition, we’ll explore who you are beneath the expectations—and what becomes possible when you show up fully.

Those who are single or dating

If you’re navigating solo life, dating, or transitioning out of past patterns, this space is for you. We’ll explore your values, desires, and relationship goals—and unpack the beliefs that have shaped your connections so far. Whether you're building clarity about who you’re looking for or learning to trust your own voice again, our work will focus on confidence, boundaries, and aligning your relationships with who you truly are.

I’m kink-aligned and affirming of those who use sexuality as a vibrant, embodied path to self-discovery. I view sex as a site of excited exploration—one that, when approached with consent, curiosity, and integrity, can reconnect us to our most aligned, alive selves. If you’re ready to deepen your connection to pleasure, power, and possibility, I’m here to walk that path with you.

Breaking Free from "The Fairytale"

For many—especially those socialized as women—society hands us a script: marriage, children, and a happily ever after. While that path may feel right for some, it can also lead to real harm when it’s misaligned with your truth.

The pressure to follow this narrative can shape everything from the life events you pursue to the relational patterns you repeat. It can lead to staying in unfulfilling or unsafe relationships, prioritizing others' needs over your own, or silencing parts of yourself to fit an image of what love or success is “supposed” to look like.

In our work, we’ll untangle what’s truly yours from what was handed to you. This is a space to ask the questions you’ve been afraid to ask, to reconnect with your own desires, and to envision a life rooted in self-trust—not performance. Together, we’ll work toward a version of fulfillment that feels chosen, not prescribed.

Those struggling in Career

Feeling stuck in life or your career can impact every facet of your well-being. Through our work, we’ll explore the intersection of personal identity, relational readiness, and professional growth. Whether it’s navigating workplace dynamics, reevaluating your goals, or finding balance between work and life, we’ll look at how your career path connects with your emotional and relational development. Together, we’ll uncover the pathways to reignite your passion, clarify your direction, and reconnect with a sense of purpose.

Those Socialized as Men

So often, those socialized as men are taught to suppress emotion, desire, and vulnerability. Our work offers space to question those messages—and redefine what it means to be connected, open, and grounded in relationships. Whether you're working on communication, boundaries, or intimacy, I support you in showing up more fully in your life and in connection with others, without shame or performance.

We will challenge outdated norms and help you redefine masculinity in a way that honors your emotional and relational needs.

Couples +

In couples work, I focus on helping partners rediscover and deepen their connection. Whether you’re navigating communication challenges, rebuilding trust, or exploring new intimacy or relationship dynamics, we’ll work together to create partnerships that feel authentic and fulfilling. My approach centers vulnerability, mutual understanding, and the emotional and sexual self within the relationships. Together, we’ll uncover what fosters connection—and what gets in the way.

Group Therapy

At In Full Bloom Collective, group work is rooted in the belief that healing is both personal and communal. Our virtual groups offer space to explore the sexual self, reconnect with the body, unlearn shame, and build relational confidence—all in the presence of others doing the same.

These are not just educational or therapeutic spaces—they are circles of care, designed to support individual growth through collective healing. We gather in community to rewrite harmful narratives, reclaim pleasure and agency, and remember that we are not meant to do this work alone.

All groups are liberation-focused, queer- and kink-affirming, feminist, and trauma-informed, blending somatic awareness, emotional processing, and reflective conversation.

Current offerings include:

  • Sacred Sexuality – a therapeutic group for adults exploring intimacy, embodiment, and erotic healing

  • Sex Ed Reimagined – a REeducation and reclamation group for adults who never received inclusive or affirming sex ed

  • Empowered & Informed – a sex education group for emerging adults navigating desire, identity, and relationships

All groups are virtual and open to Pennsylvania residents.
